Los Alamos 41, St. Michael's 30°®¶¹app

What happened:°®¶¹appIt was bad enough the Lady Horsemen opened the 2024-25 season short-handed, missing three key players. But their performance against the Lady Hilltoppers on Tuesday in Perez-Shelley Gymnasium left plenty to be desired. St. Michael's struggled shooting (13% from inside the 3-point line) and ballhandling (28 turnovers). Los Alamos built a 23-10 halftime lead on the strength of a 14-5 scoring run in the second quarter. The Lady Horsemen knocked down three 3s in the second half and got seven points from Elsie Odai to help cut the margin to five points before the Hilltoppers pulled away.°®¶¹app
